Tempo ("we," "us," or "our") operates buildwithtempo.com and related apps, including our cohort execution platform and business readiness assessment. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact information — such as your name and email when you join a waitlist, take an assessment, or sign in to a Tempo app.
• Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google.
• Usage and content — information you submit in Tempo apps, such as assessment responses, goals, commitments, and reflections.
• Technical data — basic logs such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited, used to keep our services secure and reliable.

How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and improve Tempo apps and services
• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Deliver cohort features, assessments, and related communications

Google Sign-In

Some Tempo apps use Google Sign-In for authentication. When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive information from your Google account as permitted by Google's OAuth consent screen. We use that information only to identify you and provide the service. Google's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Tempo (such as hosting and authentication), when required by law, or with your consent.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your choices
