The Problem
Most solopreneurs don't struggle with inspiration. They struggle with consistency.
You start something meaningful. You make progress for a while. Then momentum fades.
Resistance is inevitable when you're creating something new — whether that shows up as doubt, distraction, or shame.
The advice most of us are given is simple: just push through.
But for people with responsive nervous systems, pushing through isn't sustainable.
Sooner or later it leads to frustration, avoidance, or burnout.
The Philosophy
How you do the work matters just as much as what you accomplish.
Tempo is built around a different idea: you deserve to succeed in a way your nervous system can actually sustain.
Instead of forcing yourself into someone else's productivity system, you learn how to build rhythms and structures that support how you work best.
Inside the Cohort
Tempo is a 90-day container where a small group of solopreneurs commit to launching something meaningful.
We meet weekly. Each session supports three things at the same time:
Progress on your project
You decide priorities and keep moving your work forward.
Consistency structures
You experiment with rhythms, regulation, and systems that make it easier to keep showing up.
Shared learning
You see how other thoughtful builders work and discover what actually works for you.
This isn't just getting accountability. You're learning how to build in a way your nervous system can sustain.
At the end of the cohort, everyone presents what they've created at demo day.
How It Works
The path is simple.
Step 1
Choose what matters
Pick a project you genuinely want to bring into the world.
Step 2
Build with rhythm
Use weekly sessions to develop a sustainable rhythm of work and momentum.
Step 3
Launch something real
Present what you've built and bring it into the world.
What We'll Work On
This isn't just accountability. It's learning how to build in a way that actually works for you.
Nervous system regulation
Learn how to recognize overload early and create conditions that support steadier work.
Emotional processing
Work more skillfully with fear, resistance, shame, and the emotional friction that disrupts momentum.
Meaning and motivation
Reconnect with why your project matters so your work has more clarity and staying power.
Rhythm and consistency
Build rhythms, structures, and routines that help you keep showing up without relying on pressure.
Recovery after setbacks
Learn how to recover momentum when life interrupts, instead of collapsing into all-or-nothing thinking.
Supportive work design
Shape your environment and workflow so your way of building actually fits your life.
